Anyone in Arizona have AHCCCS health insurance? ??

We moved here from Washington state in September and in Washington the insurance was good and the doctors, especially the pediatricians, were awesome.but here...not so much... we signed up for ahcccs and when we were signing up we asked the workers which insurance was better and they all said they didn't know. So we just picked one. Health net access. SUCKS! we've had it since semptember and only 3 out of 7 of my family members have even gotten an insurance card..me, my fiances oldest daughter and our baby. But our baby's card just says baby girl on it. They haven't sent a new card with her name and they were supposed to do that by now. She is 3 months old. I'm just so fed up with this place. The doctors that take health net suck too. My OB is fine. But my daughter's doctors...I hate. I feel like they're just there to do a job and get paid. In Washington I actually liked the pediatrician And felt like they gave a shit about my kids.

It's very frustrating.

So basically, I'm asking if anyone has ahcccs insurance in Arizona and which plan is the best? We want to switch but it's hard to do that when we don't know which one is best. The most important thing to me is which one is taken by GOOD pediatricians.
