HELP😅 i dont know what to do...

Im on birth control, the Implant in the arm, and i knew that i was gonna have irregular periods and spotting, but i've been bleeding a little for 2 an 1/2 weeks and only bleed a lot durning sex... And the past two weeks he's cum in me twice, i keep cleaning myself and stuff, and i told him not to cum in me anymore but im scared that i could be pregnant. I've had the implant for about 2months now.
