No period this month😄

I haven't had a period all month I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I have bean getting sick every morning since Last Thursday I also have bean having really sharp pains in my lower belly.. I don't know what's up and I really have no one to talk to about it my mother is states away with no phone or I would ask her
