Teething?

My baby is 3 months and she been chewing and stobbering on everything possible since 2 month a recently bought her some teether to see if it would help she sometimes chews them her doctor says she "not" teething but i pretty sure she is 
What are some signs her gums are bothering her she not a crying baby she starting to screams if she does have anything against her gums should i buy teething gel?

No, no teething gel! It's not recommended for babies under 1. Just keep using the teething toys, feel if her gums are swollen!

It could be possible she is teething. I swore my son was teething & everyone told me it was too early for him to be teething. Right @ 4 months his first tooth started coming through. He's 14 months and has 14 teeth!!

I agree. No teething gel. Or tabs or anything like that. The little ones can overdose on it. I'm a dentist. So this is from a good source. Sometimes they are teething and sometimes they just like the action of smchewing on things. Keep offering chewing toys. You can chill them in he freezer and hold them on the gums. It's soothing.  I wouldn't worry too much about the teething bit. The teeth will come when they come and it will be one or two days of fever if that.  And they will pop through the gums. Especially the first ones are quick and semi painless because they are so small.  And no the do not move around under the gums. They come out in a predictable pattern for 99% percent of humans.  The bottom front 2 will come first then the. Top front 2 between 4-10 months. And for some not until a year old.

I swear my daughter is teething because of all the drooling she has been doing and trying to chew on her fingers but the doc said she isn't teething yet because her gums aren't swollen.

This happened to my baby and his first tooth didn't come in till he was almost 10-months old. Every month I would swear a tooth was definitely going to come in, but it never did. My mom explained that sometimes the teeths shift around a lot under the gums. Try one of those soft pouch teethers that you can put ice cubes inside of.
