Heartburn?

What are ways you ladies dealt with heartburn? I'm currently 22.5 weeks and heartburn is so bad,  I threw up from clearing a sore throat.

Pepcid AC every morning to get me through the day and the  a tablespoon of honey followed by a small glass of warm milk at night. It helps me a lot and my heartburn was making me throw up in the evening and kept me up many nights.

My heartburn has been terrible!!! I actually have gastritis so bad this pregnancy which is a digestive issue accompanied with terrible heartburn- the acid comes up and sits in my chest but doesn't come up my esophagus so it just burns until I just vomit to get rid of the pain, it's terrible- one things that's helped me is eating clean- I eat veggies fruit and protein including eggs and white meat (no red meat) I do have an English muffin with my egg for breakfast and a yogurt everyday for snack... I take 2 Zantac one in the morning and one at night and also have started a probiotic, I finally feel human again! Good luck- I had no idea how bad heartburn was until I called my mom in tears because I thought I was having s heart attack (I have a pretty awful case of it but I can't imagine it's pleasant for anyone!)

My problem is,  every night, I wake with an extreme sore throat and anytime I try to clear it,  it just ends up tasting like vomit TMI I know.

I've had severe acid reflux since I was 15 and pregnancy has only made it worse. Besides being on a prescription for it, one of the best things I've found to stop an acid reflux attack is to chew gum as soon as you feel it start coming on. I don't know why it works, but it has been a lifesaver.

Omg tums! Like candy! I keep one bottle at home and one in my purse at all times! Also I know my triggers for heart burn as well and try to avoid them, but sometimes the heart burn is worth it lol

Omg 20 weeks today and I mean I understand getting heartburn when you really eat something that could affect it but now I'll just get it randomly and it's terrible causing indigestion and I'm actually up in bed rt now330 am because I'm having it and feel like I'm gonna puke! Tums do work for me but I live in a condo complex and I left them in my car and it's freezing here 9 degrees and I don't feel like running outside to get them 🙄! Unbelievable lol!

Pepcid. My heartburn makes me vomit multiple times a day so I started taking Pepcid and it really helps.
