HELP! Implant!!

So I've had the implant in for two years now. The one I have is supposed to last three years, I am on 3 different types of medications for diabetes, epilepsy and depression. More recently I have had the sorest breast like you wouldn't believe. My nippels are usually a very pale pink (I'm very fair skinned) but recently have gone more of a red and beige and my areoles have inlarged a bit. My backs killing me so I can't wear a bra for too long but if I take my bra off my breast jiggle and it kills. Does anyone think this is because of the netplaxon or could I be pregnant? Please help guys I'm crying most nights because it hurts so much. It's only been this way for about a week and 1/2.
