That thing where you lay on your bed, on the phone to your parents, put the phone down, then realise your back's gone, so you can't get up, and you locked the bedroom door so the dog doesn't come in mid call, but means all help is on the other side of the door, so you're stuck there, like a tortoise on its back, futilely flailing your legs about, trying to pop your back into joint.
