rod worries!!!

eeek okay please help i'm worried! I have had the rods for over 9 months and stopped having a period but the doctor said that was fine and can happen! I had unprotected sex two nights ago (whoops drunk regrets) and now I am getting a brown discharge out of the blue and haven't had that since having the rods, does anyone know what's going on or has had something similar happen?? x
