Help!
I'm getting an IUD Tuesday and trying to decide between paraguard and mirena.
I am a very active dancer/runner/weight lifter/college student so I won't have time for cramps that send me to hell and back. I'm scared to used mirena because my mom and sister do horribly with hormones, but also scared of paraguard because I've heard they can be incredibly painful in the first 6mo. And ideas?
