Dr. Challenged Me About Weight...Found My Cheat!

At my last appointment, my doctor challenged me to try to not gain a lot more weight. I had to admit that I became very unmotivated the last couple of months choosing Netflix over walking/being active. 
But I found a fitness app that has workouts geared towards preparing for birth! This has been super motivating for me especially since I want to try for a natural birth. It's different than yoga and not too strenuous. I do one workout in the morning and I'm good to go. 
So far I'm maintaining and still feel like I can eat without worry. I'm also sleeping better too! Wanted to share in case any other ladies were having the same issue. And the app and workouts are free!
