TTC ..

Me and my partner of years have been recently TTC and he's camemultiple  times within a month. Lately after my ovulation week about 2 days after I started spotting and then I started bleeding light pink up to 5 days on and off accompanied with mild cramps. My period was suppose to start next week but I got it earlier. And lately I've been feeling dizzy and nauseous. I took a test like a week or 2 ago and it came out negative. I still haven't took an updated test. But is there a possibility it was implantation bleeding ? Or was the bleeding too long for it to be such? Has anybody experienced implantation bleeding that lasted more than 3 days ?? Or does anyone have advice on conceiving quicker??
