Early back labor???

This is baby #2 however I didn't experience this with that pregnancy. I am 30 weeks. Yesterday I had constant lower back pain and at times it would worsen. Also having a lot of period like cramping and I am nauseous. Nothing really helps, I can feel my baby move sometimes but movement is very minimal compared to how extremely active he normally is. I had a real had pain for a minute then felt wet but there wasn't really anything there when I wiped. Should I get seen or wait it out? This is day 2 now.
