My nausea has gotten better but today after work I threw up. It been an hour and my stomach still feels horrible. What are some things that help you stomach feel better?

String cheese helped me! Ate one before I ever felt hungry and it helped keep the nausea away.

Lipton tea with milk and just a little sugar always helped settle out my stomach!

Water and food, but I eat slowly and it's usually something not fried or fatty

I would love to know. I threw up at work this morning after drinking my homemade smoothie. I teach but thankfully I didn't have a class. But I've felt like utter crap since!
