You're given the opportunity to create & lead a country, what do you do?

If you were able to create & lead your own country, what would your political (culture, social, economic) system look like? What would the way of living be like and laws?

I know everyone on CC a lot of the time have strong & different views when it comes to the best way to run a country. So, if you were able to what do you think would be best? What would make the perfect country?

I'm not level headed enough for this.

I read the role of becoming a leader and instantly got excited that I could pretend that I'm Regina Mills/Evil Queen and set up a monarchy where I rule using fear tactics.

I would hire people smarter and more experienced than me who could help me make decisions. My aim would be compromise and peace wherever possible.

Also it's important to note I'm very interested in anarchism, socialism, marxism, leninism, etc so if that doesn't tell you something then... 🤔 not sure how well those ideologies would work out but I'm sure I could work out the kinks with the help of other intelligent individuals.

So my country would have a guaranteed basic income. We'd pay for it by a 100% tax upon death. Citizens can make as much money as they'd like, but it all reverts backs to the state.

My society would be egalitarian & not too conservative or too liberal. I would make sure that everyone has free choice as well. & animal testing would be completely outlawed, & pot would be legal.

I'm interested and resonate a lot with Marxist theory, so I would probably have a more socialist or communist country, that's a lot less Stalin. Basically a place with the actual intention of communism. Get rid of class and oppression, wage labor, etc.

Honestly, I don't even know. 
I like the idea of being a self sufficient community, like solar power, grow everything we need, nothing's fake, etc. 
I also like the idea of the community taking care of each other. 
If I were to be in charge of a place it would have to be a very small and close knit community 😂
