want to go off the pill

I been with my boyfriend for 6 and half years. I just started letting my boyfriend come in me about a month. I been having these thoughts about him getting me pregnant and me going off the pill. I have been on the pill for 7 years now. How do I tell him I want to go off the pill and start a family with him. He is 23 will be 24 in September and I am 22 will be 23 in August. No mean comment please
