So I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant with baby number two and I'm planning on having a natural/medication free birth (Lord willing🙏🏼🙏🏼).  I dilevered my first with an epidural/vaginally, and ended up with an episiotomy.  So my question is, do you think I will end up tearing this time around? I had spoke to a midwife and she said it's always a possibility (which doesn't make me feel much better). Anyone with any personal experience?
