Cluster feeding all day and night at 12 days old?

My baby has been sleeping very wel throughout the last few days except for last night and today. She's been constantly wanting to feed and only sleeping for very short periods (10-15 minutes) in between. This has been going on all night yesterday since 8pm and all throughout the day today. I'm exhausted. Any other mom's experience this at almost the 2 week mark? She did this when she was first born before the milk came in but i was surprised to have this happen again after she's been feeding well? She's been wetting a lot of diapers too so I know she's eating enough. Help!!!!!
