headache from hell.

I've had these headaches on and off for the past week or so and o can't seem to get them to stop.  I've missed my period & had sex while ovulating and I grew up being taught bc is a sin so I don't use it in any form. I took a test 4 days ago and it was negative. Do you ladies have any advice on what to do for the headaches or anything ? I'm thinking it may be stress but I've also heard they can be an early pregnancy symptom.... ? & im unbelievably emptional some days .
