Smelling Blood Tmi no photos

So according to glow I'm about 6 weeks pregnant going off my lmp. And about 3 hrs ago I started smelling blood. Like when your on your period. There's no blood at all just creamy cm. I have a little tummy pain but nothing major and not constant. Just wondering if anybody has had this? It' kinda worries me as this never happened when I was pregnant with my son. My first Drs appointment isn't tell Friday.
