Scared of ectopic pregnancy

I had terrible cramping 10days after my period ended. And light spotting for 2 days. Then till now I am fine but missed my period for 2 days. Am I pregnant or this is ectopic pregnancy?? Coz searching in web I found it may sign of pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy. Does period missed if ectopic pregnancy?? Should I consult doctor?? Please help me...
