pregnant after a vertebral artery stroke

Hey ladies ! I'm new to this forum but felt that maybe I can talk to other women who are in my shoes or have expericnaced what I have . In July of 2016 I had a vertebral artery stroke . I'm 27 years old , overall healthy , no family history . The docs called it a freak accident , I blame it on the. It on the birth control pills I was on for over 7 years . I'm fine thank god and only needed OT for my right hand for about a month but I am doing 100 percent okay now. I found out I was pregnant in November and docs told me I'm considered high risk because of my stroke in July . They also told me I would have to have a csection to avoid the strenuous activity during child labor . I'm really sad about this because I had natural with my first and it was such a beautiful experience . Any mommies that expericned this please let me know what the outcome was and or my csection mommies . I know I have to stop being selfish and do what's best but I'm just really sad about this . 😔
