Chronic Hypertension

Hi everyone! I went to the doctor yesterday for my 10 week appointment. She told me that everything looked fine with the babies (fraternal twins) but diagnosed me with Chronic Hypertension. I go to the specialist tomorrow for more testing but I was just wondering if anyone else had a problem with high blood pressure and how you handled it through out pregnancy.
