Echogenic Focus and Downs Syndrome

What is the rate of my baby having downs if the only thing wrong is she has an echogenic focus in her heart? The doctor said everything else is perfect except that. She also freaked me out because she was very pushy with getting tests and another look and didn't assure that my baby could be ok. It showed up at the 20 week anatomy scan and again when I went in 4 weeks later. Downs also doesn't run in neither mine or my SO's family. And I can't tell if my baby's nasal bone is there or not.
