Blood results back... Help!!

Hi. Had my bloods done after 2 faint positive early response tests. Came back weakly positive... Does that mean I'm early on in my pregnancy or could it be a loss?? They did mention that it's a possibility as I had a period on the 21/2 and did test on the 4/3. Having more bloods Thursday a.m to see if the levels have raised :/ so scared Iv had a loss and stressing a bit to know what's happening
