Tmi!!! Baby is a month old now and It's like when I use the bathroom my bowel movement is kinda hard when coming out a little sharp too and so much poop . So I just wiped and I seen bright red blood on the tissue and inside the toilet what can it be ? Have anyone else been through this after having there baby
