would you hire someone with a felony
I know a lot of people have issues with finding jobs after prison. I actually feel bad that people who served their time, aren't given another chance to make wrong their rights. IMO felons are more likely to reoffend if society holds them back. If you owned a business, would you hire someone with a felony conviction?
