weird pain??

So I haven't had "relations" since 6 months ago lol so I can't be pregnant, but today I noticed this horrible pain in my left nipple...it's so sensitive and painful and something I never experienced before. It hurts even without touching it, so weird! I've also had an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach the last few days, and my left leg is really sore. Idk if these are linked but I'm so uncomfortable 😔 sidenote: I did yoga for the first time in a LONG time yesterday morning...maybe I leaned on my boob wrong lol or stretched my leg...but the stomach is just really bothering me any suggestions?
