daycare germs

Anyone else's kiddo always sick?!  We have all seriously been sick since Christmas with maybe 7 healthy days in between!  Any ideas to avoid ever single germ at daycare?!  Every week it's something new 😷!!  I'm trying to hold out until spring but am at the point of looking for a home daycare with less kids (hoping there will be less germs?!).   She's an only child and I want her to be social w other kids and nannies seem to be out of the price range. Any ideas?
