evil evil acid reflux
I've tried managing this mother of all chronic acid reflux and I have yet to put smart it (though this time partially my fault for eating something tomato based yesterday). But I need help! Any and all tips welcome! So desperate. Also my stomach is an angry sea.. anyone else in this misery?
