Endo ladies: How is your docotor controlling your endo?

Ladies with Endo how is your doctor controlling tour endometriosis? Are their any other opinions other then birth control. I've been on continuos birth control for 3 years and he wants to remove it because It has been raising my blood pressure. I had lap surgery about 3 years ago, I'm curious to hear about other people journey with dealing with endo? Have you found ways to control your endo on your own etc? Any luck conceiving with endo?
