Sex problems

Me and my ex were together about 2 months ago since the day we first had unprotected sex I've had a irritated burning, itchy vagina. Sunday night I stayed at my new boyfriends and we had unprotected sex as I can't use any condoms I've tried all brands all type but it feels like my insides are on fire, so my doctor told me not to have sex or use the pull out method but also put me on the pill to stop my period because I have a burning period that feels like my insides are on fire and are being pulled out, they told me the pains I get are like birthing pains. But now my boyfriend is getting the same symptoms I got, but my appointment isn't till next month idk what to do I'm freaking out!
