advice please 😩

Late Last night I wiped and had some blood felt like a bleed from a cut so wasn't worried but it lasted about a min quite a lot of bright red blood so I put a pad on and had nothing since but this morning I woke up with niggly period like pains! I'm 28 weeks 4 days pregnant just gettin abit concerned as had my 1st little boy at 32 weeks!? Do I ring midwife? Or will I be okay? Thankyou
