periods after birth

I gave birth 7 weeks ago on Friday well I had the bleeding for a week and stopped since that I stop bleeding for 2 days and it re starts for ages kinda doing my heading anyone got any advice on periods this ever happened with my first child but my second was premature born at 28weeks and 2days please help can I go too doctors too get it sorted or do I have too wait?? Confused
