Could I be pregnant?

I started the Pill 2 months ago I missed 3 pills on the first month then had a period but this month I missed 2 pills and I've beenspotting brown blood for the last few days? I'm due on my period now, but it's just spotting brown blood? Does this mean I'm pregnant? I did a pregnancy test a week ago and came back negative, it was a cheap little test. But it's 100% brown blood and it just spots? I'm so confused....
