Blood thinner injections

Has anyone been on blood thinners during their pregnancy? I'm already high risk Bc I have ICP/cholestasis of pregnancy (a liver disease during pregnancy) A few months ago my left leg swelled up & went numb. I could push down an inch or more on my skin & it would stay there, like silly putty. Just the left one. They couldn't tell if I have a blood clot Bc baby's head in way. But they think there is one, or that I would get one if not put on meds. Her head is compressing my iliac vein. (High risk nurse told me she'd never seen this before!) So, I had to give myself lovenox injections daily. Tomorrow starting heparin 2x a day. I worry about bleeding out during delivery. And my baby's blood being thinned also. What if she needs surgery? Anyone delivered while on blood thinners? They said it's 2x a day Bc it's short acting & ill b fine if I stop taking when I go into labor. Just anxious.
