My 9 month old daughter won't sleep in her crib!!! help!!

First of all, ladies please don't judge me too harshly I jfeel awful as it is that's why I'm begging for advice..

During the fall/winter my daughter was extremely stuffy and started constantly waking up nothing seemed to help. I told her doctor what was going on and she suggested I let her sleep in her bouncer...With her blessing that's exactly what I did and it worked perfectly! She started sleeping 9 hrs straight and napped like a champ!

Fast forward 4 months later

I tried transitioning her back to her crib a few weeks ago and it has been a complete DISASTER! She has no idea why she's in there and wont stop crying/ moving around for hours!! She wakes up every hour now until I cave and put her back in the bouncer..
