how much cereal is too much?

My baby is 4 months and we just started rice cereal. She loves it. We are giving her it in the morning and then again before bed. Only about 1-2 tablespoons of it. She also drinks about 40oz of formula everyday. I don't want to over feed her but I also want to make sure I am giving her enough food. Any suggestions/opinions on what you do?

At that point, rice should only be once a day (we've been using rice cereal since about 2/3-ish months). My nutritionist at WIC just said we could start giving rice/oatmeal/toast twice a day and my son is 7 months. Formula/breast milk should be 99% of all nutrition until 6 months and then you add food for fun (obvs they add some in there since it should be mostly fruits and veggies)
