Skin Routines?

I'd love to hear any and all skin routines!

How do you ladies take care of your skin every day and night and what are your go-to products and items when you're having a skin issue?

Jojoba or coconut oil to remove make up, then I use a natural soap for my skin type and at the end I put some aloe gel taken directly from a plant I've got.  I try not to use chemical products and I found out aloe is really miraculous!

I have combination skin that is sensitive. In the morning I tend to use different cleansers, I haven't found the perfect one yet. Right now I'm using the Garnier's radiance renewing cleansing gelee. I like I gentle cleanser. I tone with witch hazel, it's a holy grail toner, natural, cheap and it keeps my skin clear. Then I use the sephora super regenerating serum oil, it's incredible. And I moisturize with St. Ives collagen moisturizer day and night. 
At night I take my make off with a cleansing oil right now I'm using the one from Eclos, tone with the witch hazel, use bare minerals cell renewal night serum, and the st.ives moisturizer. Both morning and night I use cliniques all about eyes cream.
