help please

I had a mc on jan 18 the doctor gave me a med to complete the mc.Its march 9 and i still dont have my period...Mid Feb i took a ovulation test just to see if my body is working or its out of system and to my suprise I was ovulating that day or next day lines were pretty dark.Yesterday I took a pg test and ovulation test.Pg was negetive and ovulation line was there it was not super dark but it was pretty obvious.Can i possibly ovulate 2 times without getting back my period? can the ovulation test pick up early pregnancy? idk im so confused someone help please.I just want my af to arrive so i can get back on track ;(
