nail pain? please help

I got my nails done almost two weeks ago. I noticed 2-3 days ago my index finger had started hurting from the bottom of the nail to the tip of it. Today I literally barley tapped it on the drawer while getting my husband's clothes. It felt like it got ripped off! I immediately had to take the nail off because it hurt so damn bad! There's no damage to my nail, no bleeding what so ever! Not even a crack! It feels like I slammed it in the car door?? Ugh it hurts so bad. Would anyone maybe know why? Or something please
