Ftm...help!! Long post. Im lost here.

First of all my sons dr think he might have reflux... He is 13 days old. He has random times where he throws up but it never seemed to bother him until tonight.. He ate on and off for a lil over 2 hours. he would eat for 5-15 mins each time within these 2 hours and then stopped for 10 mins. he threw up like 3 times within these 2 hours... But kept acting hungry after each time so i kept feeding. Now hes finally asleep and content for now i just feel so bad.. Im afraid of offering a pacifier yet cause i dont wana confuse him.. But it seems hes just sucking for comfort then throws up a bunch . so one question is ... If he isnt hungry (just wants something to suck) will he still give off hunger cues( mouth suckling, hands to mouth, etc) should i offer a pacifier and hope for the best? Plz help im desperate im sick of my baby throwing up i dont know what to do!!! Help. :(
