Whats wrong with me(what should i do?)

I pretty much dont ever want to have intercourse with my husband,I love him,I really do...but I dont know whats wrong with me.We have been together for 5 1/2 years,we have 3 beautiful children and our youngest is 2 month old but ever since I got pregnant with my first I stopped wanting intercourse,let me explain,we have intercourse but not often and sometimes I just do it to satisfy him, not because I want to.Today he finally said something,he thinks I dont like him :( and I dont know if I do or dont anymore.What should I do?has someone had this same situation?and how did you handle it?

I have been there. Even in pregnancy when you are supposed to crave sex, I didn't want to. I am attracted to my hubby and love him (poorly, sometimes!), but the desire for intimacy wasn't there. Even if I DID get horny, I had the urge to masturbate (I try not to, due to my own beliefs) not have sex with my hubby. In my case I do believe a lot had to do with lack of emotional intimacy in our marriage, and in part I wonder if it was hormonal as well. Since I was TTCing when I first discussed it with my midwife she didn't want to mess with any hormone therapy (I had just started having fairly regular periods and my periods are never regular off birth control) until we conceived and had the baby, but she strongly encouraged going on dates (to quiet places where you can be alone and actually foster emotional intimacy) and being alone with each other to shift our focus from kids to us. My youngest is now 4 months, our emotional intimacy has improved a bit, and there are times I have felt the desire to initiate sex with my hubby. I know we need to still improve on the intimacy front and I hope that improves my sex drive, but I may also ask my midwife to check for a hormonal imbalance still.

I would talk to your doctor. I had the same issue for almost 2 years and then we went to Mexico and had time away from work where we could relax and have a few drinks and bam, sex drive returned. It went away again slightly when we got home so I know it's stress related. I also had/have PPD.

This is just my opinion, and don't take this wrong way and I'm no doctor but it could be a hormonal imbalance that can be fixed or controled if you ask your doctor. I'm only saying that because I have a friend who is in the same situation and she went and told her doctor and come to find out that was the problem. She's on a medicine now and her and her husband are doing great, they are even trying for another baby. Like I said it's a just an opinion. Not saying there is anything wrong but try talking to your doctor. Or try talk to your SO to see if there is a deeper meaning to why you don't want to have sex. Best of luck to you though!

I realize this is easier said than done...but keep fucking him. Stay in the habit, and hopefully your relationship grows sexier over time.

I'm in the same situation. It has been like this ever since I got off of the deli shot, and only got worse after I had my son and was breastfeeding. I didn't want to be touched at all. And now my son is 2 and I still barely ever want to have sex. I just compromise sometimes and say go for it. I think that it's just a change in hormones and I really hope it gets better.
