How many HCG injected cycles got your bfp?

I am 26, DH 27. We are ttc for 11 months now. I have been tested for my hormone levels (FSH, LH, TCH, prolactin, insulin resistance, etc) everything came back good. DH SA test was perfect. My doctor suggested to wait and lose weight in the meantime (I am overweight). Last cycle, she asked me for a 12th day ultrasound scan to see if I had mature follicles. I had three on right ovary 23 × 18 ×18. Triggered with a 10000 iu hcg ivf-c shot. We had timed intercourse after 4 hours, 28 hours and 32 hours past the trigger. Hcg was out of my system on 7 days past the trigger and af came 2 days early.

My question is should I go for second cycle of hcg injections or do nothing. Anyone who got their bfp on just the injectables? How many cycles it usually takes?
