coffee anyone?

I'm 20weeks and 6days preggy, I'm so happy to find out that I'm finally having a girl... and I thank God for this greatest blessing! Just want to ask if anyone here drinking coffee like me, I put a lot of milk or creamer. Is is bad for my baby? Thank you guys!

One cup a day is perfectly fine. I drank coffee throughout my pregnancy and my son is perfectly healthy. As long as your doctor has okay'ed caffeine and you're not chugging a whole coffee pot a day, it should be okay.

I drink tea with cream and sugar and my midwife has zero issue it ! She said it's toally fine to have a few cups a day !

I always avoid it,  but that's personal choice due to how my mother was while pregnant with all 4 of us.  If you can avoid it that would be nice,  but a single cup daily isn't going to cause any harm.  If you're concerned about the cream and sugar, slowly cut back on it til you're using minimal!
