Anxiety seeing pics

I love looking at all these nursery pics, especially simce currently working on mine, one thing though that is my anxiety nervous is everyone hanging stuff above the crib, id be so worried it would fall and hit my baby, for moms that did hang stuff on wall over crib how did you do it, or how did it not make you nervous. I do have crazy anxiety not like normal lil mom anxiety so i get i worry 10xs more then normal, just curious is all. Not putting anyone down.
