Distraction During TWW

Christa.
So I feel like I may have conceived this month which in all honesty would be a miracle. October 2016 I had finally conceived after nearly 3 years of trying and fertility intervention (IUI). Unfortunately, early December I lost our baby due to her having Turner's syndrome. I got a D&C early December and it took about 7-8 weeks for me to get my period again in January. I waited until February to follow up with the fertility doctors and scheduled an ultrasound after taking clomid. My ultrasound gave me unfavorable results as my largest follicles were on my right side and that is the side with a blocked tube. I was upset but moved on. I was told by the doctor that I would ovulate within the next two days after my ultrasound and stopped testing after I didn't get a positive opk which happens for me sometimes. The following Sunday 5 days after my ultrasound I had a pulling (ovulation pain) on my left side and honestly felt like garbage. I told my husband I felt like I had felt before we got pregnant the last time. So we bd that night after I confirmed it with an opk and I was ovulating even though my doctor said it would be with in such a short time from my ultrasound. Now I'm feeling some awfully familiar symptoms after ovulation. Sorry for the long post, I'm excited about the possibility of getting pregnant especially because my doctor said it was unlikely. What do you do to make the TWW go by quicker? I have like 5 days left (2 of which are over the weekend) and it's killing me.
