Relationship Advice

I am looking for some opinions. My husband and I have been together for 9 years, married for almost 5 and have two amazing children together. Last week he told me that he wasn't sure if he wanted to be with me anymore, he has fallen out of love with me. He said that we don't communicate well and we don't always get along. He agreed to stay for a few months to work on things to stay together. So my question is does anyone have any advice to help me get him to fall back in love with me? I am devisated about this. I am clueless on what to do, I am working on my attitude to try to be an over all happier person but it's hard when he's in such a bad mood all the time. Thanks in advance ladies!
