help a little worried

When I had my lo(who is now 1 1/2years old now) I couldn't get her to latch on properly when the nurses wanted me to right after I had her. Well a few weeks after I had her I wasn't producing enough milk to breastfeed so I stuck with formula. Well now my husband and I are expecting our second child and I would like to breastfeed this one but I'm scared of what if I cannot produce enough milk. What do you ladies use to help with producing breast milk?
