?! help me out

Okay so I have the skyla iud and I got that placed the 17th of February I've been spotting and bleeding almost everyday since then and I had unprotected sex on the 25th of February and he didn't pull out and I've still been having terrible cramps and the only thing that's really happened down there is my strings have moved and my cramps are unbelievably painful, my stomach had also been bloated or something for about a week and I'm just scared I might be pregnant or the iud moved out of place and then moved back into place afterwards or something. Would it be possible for me to be pregnant even if Ive still been bleeding and stuff?? Does anybody know when these awful cramps are going to end??
