PLEASE HELP. (picture)

I am very scared and confused. I have PCOS, by the way. For the past few days I have had the MOST painful period of my entire life. Entire. Life. I am used to blood clots- but this one just came out and it's way bigger than I'm used to. I have seen miscarriage photos on here and just wanted to ask... I am on birth control by the way. So a baby is not wanted. Posting this because the clot just looks different than what I'm used to!
